What We DiD
Coming off the seasonal volatility of BFCM for CPG brands, our goal for Queen Street Bakery was to stabilize CPA while scaling. We implemented a high-volume UGC testing framework, iterating on messaging that had historically resonated with health-conscious consumers. To improve account efficiency, we moved toward a consolidated "Andromeda" campaign structure on Meta, unified across both the US and Canadian markets. Additionally, we expanded our reach by launching Google Shopping campaigns in the US to capture high-intent search volume. By refining our audience targeting and creative delivery, we successfully mitigated the high CPMs that previously hindered growth, allowing for a more cost-effective scale.

With the strategic restructuring, we achieved a 70% lift in total revenue and a 58% increase in New Customer orders YoY. Most importantly, the operational efficiency of the new campaign structure allowed us to outperform our internal benchmarks, delivering a CPA that was 20% lower than our target.
