What We DiD
We conducted a CRO audit with the help of Malav. He highlighted major sticking points in the funnel which the client rectified in the middle of October. Changes made: rearranged product page layout, added a sticky atc button, reordered homepage reels, added product categories.

The Results
Once changes were implemented, we saw an immediate improvement in in CVR in the second half of the month which led to us scaling spend to $92k in November for BFCM BOGO sale, their biggest month yet.
