High Level Science is a wellness supplement brand co-founded by Ashley Parker Angel and Dr. David Rizik, a double board-certified interventional cardiologist and internal medicine physician. Built around Ashley’s personal health journey and Dr. Rizik’s clinical expertise, the brand focuses on science-backed formulas designed to support long-term wellness, with an emphasis on clean ingredients, transparency, and research-driven formulation.

The Challenge

As a relatively new brand, one of the main challenges was scaling paid media while working toward sustainable efficiency, with the initial focus on reaching and maintaining a $1 ROAS benchmark.

What We DiD

We restructured High Level Science’s Meta account into a scalable campaign framework combining Advantage+ prospecting, structured CBO campaigns, and retargeting. Product-specific campaigns were introduced to capture demand across key SKUs, while dedicated testing campaigns enabled continuous creative iteration. We also tested whitelisting versus non-whitelisting creatives featuring Dr. Rizik to highlight the brand’s medical credibility, allowing us to identify high-performing trust-driven creatives and scale them across prospecting campaigns. In addition, we conducted a CRO audit and provided recommendations to improve on-site conversion, including introducing product bundles to help increase AOV and improve overall revenue efficiency.

The Results

With this approach, we drove a 54% lift in TB ROAS and a 26% improvement in TB CPA, resulting in 53% growth in total sales and 35% more orders, while also increasing AOV by 13%.
