The Challenge

Maintaining efficiencies in Q1 YoY while Google & Bing were temporarily paused in Q1 at flat spend levels with only Meta live.

What We DiD

We had lots of CRO changes implemented on the website to improve AOV and CVRs - subscriptions and BYOB offers were added, while the overall design was significantly improved. We started testing closed funnel LPs as well on Meta, and leaned more into creative diveresity and UGC efforts

The Results

With these efforts combined, Meta revenue was up 41% YoY at a 35% higher ROAS with AOV up 13%. Meta's CPA was also down 17% with improved CTRs and CVRs. Website traffic improved substantially, with TB CVRs up 40% and lifts across the funnel, such as ATC rate (+54%) and Reached checkout rate (+77%)
