We focused on building a scalable paid acquisition engine designed to expand Blacksaw’s reach beyond existing customers and capture new market share. To support this, we significantly increased investment in paid media, more than tripling spend across both Google and Meta, while strategically shifting budgets toward channels and tactics with the greatest potential to drive new customer growth.

The Results

These efforts drove 35% YoY growth in online orders and revenue, with new customer revenue increasing 54% YoY, reflecting the success of our acquisition strategy. Paid media was the primary driver of this growth, with paid revenue increasing 80% YoY and website sessions up 46% YoY. Non-branded Google campaigns were a major growth driver, with revenue up 176% and conversions up 241% YoY, while Meta revenue increased 138% YoY as prospecting scaled. As expected when significantly increasing spend and expanding beyond high-efficiency audiences, overall paid efficiencies softened, but the strategy successfully expanded demand and new customer acquisition at scale.
