THEIR GOALS
Increase the number of reservations while maintaining current media budget. The main goal was to find room for efficiencies on both paid and search within a fixed ad budget

THEIR SUCCESS
On both Meta and Google we were able to make significant improvements.We were able to drive an increase in ad revenue of over 120% on Meta and driving a consistent +8 ROAS on Google YoY. We also helped with site redesign and CRO optimizations across the entire site, leading to a 105% increase in site CVR YoY as well.
On Meta, we were limited in our creative assets available, so we needed to be creative in how we used the assets at hand. We were able to find winning copy and promo combinations, and paired them with winning text overlay and creative styles, leading to our success. While on Google, we focused on driving low CPCs through our SKAG structure, leading to us being able to outbid OTAs and competitor through higher quality scores and improved ad strength.
Lastly, using microsoft clarity and hours of user data, we were able to determine which LP’s users visited most, and provided aesthetically pleasing, educational, and CRO optimized LP designs which were implemented to help lead to a 105% in CVR YoY
