The client was looking to improve their new customer efficiency. To do this, we started audience segmentation and testing new creatives and messaging as well as restructured their ad accounts across platforms. These optimizations allowed us better target net new customers across all our campaigns on Google and Meta which paved the path to achieving the goals set by the client. 

 

With these steps, we managed to bring CAC down from $10 to below $8 and increase new customer revenue by 36% within 3 months.

 

DigiCom was able to achieve this success by aligning various audience tests, strategically testing new creatives, optimizing Google campaigns, and testing messaging to increase overall revenue by 27%.
